I was deeply sceptical about seeing another professional. But Hugo listened to what I was saying in a very different way. I felt immediately understood and accepted. I knew I could trust him with my secrets, what I told no one else before. These attitudes made it possible for me to get to the bottom of what I was feeling. And to discover the strength within me to grow and face the problems. I discovered that there were solutions. And Hugo was always by my side to support me in the choices I made along the way.
