    I draw from a range of evidence-based psychological approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, CBT, ACT, Gestalt Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy.

    This allows me to work flexibly and deeply, supporting individuals and couples to improve communication, resolve inner conflicts, and develop lasting emotional clarity and resilience.
